Who We Are and Why We Care at Art of Skin MD
San Diego’s premier Dermatology Practice, Art of Skin MD, has a dream team of providers that has recently expanded. I started the practice almost 8 1/2 years ago to serve the north county of San Diego and immediate area surrounding Solana Beach, CA. It’s been an amazing journey, providing general dermatology and cosmetic services to our wonderful beach town. The success of Art of Skin MD is not a lone venture, but our practice has grown into a beautiful boutique-style dermatology practice through the help of outstanding staff and providers.
Physician Assistant Stephanie Williams, PA-C, at Art of Skin MD in Solana Beach, CA
Physician Assistant Stephanie Williams, PA-C has newly joined Art of Skin MD in December 2021 but is certainly not new to aesthetics. Stephanie Williams is a board certified Physician Assistant and graduated Cum Laude from Howard University’s Physician Assistant Program in 2014. She earned a Master of Science in Health Science and Community Health Education from Western University in 2011 and also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, San Diego in Biomedical Engineering Premedical.
Stephanie has been practicing medicine in the Urgent Care and Family Medicine setting since 2015 working in under served community healthcare clinics. In 2017, she began her training in aesthetics medicine and is thrilled to now be working full time in medical and cosmetic dermatology.
Stephanie has a natural aesthetic eye and has a true passion for aesthetic medicine. She is a perfectionist, very detail oriented and her patients appreciate her soft, delicate hand. She has found her joy in aesthetics because she is able to combine her medical skills with her artistry to help patients achieve their skincare and beauty goals, while keeping them looking as naturally youthful as possible. She loves taking her time to consult her patients, paying close attention to their concerns, educating them on the best treatment options available, and helping them maintain their results through an individualized skin care regimen using medical grade products.
Stephanie lives in Carlsbad with her husband, Ben. Being a San Diego native, she enjoys being outside near the ocean, practicing yoga, hiking, and running.
