PDO Thread Lift with Stephanie WIlliams (New treatment special!)
A PDO thread lift is a non-surgical facelift where facial skin is lifted and tightened using Polydioxanone (PDO) threads. These threads are anchored and inserted into different layers of the skin using needles, instantly lifting and tightening sagging skin. Anywhere from 1-15 threads may be used per section.
There are three main types of PDO threads: mono, cog, and screw threads. Each type is designed for a slightly different treatment and use. For most patients looking for tightening and skin rejuvenation, the mono texture will suffice. Prior to treatment, the skin is anesthetized for minimal discomfort.
A PDO thread lift provides instant skin lifting and stimulates collagen production and cellular renewal, improving your skin’s texture for lasting results. For patients who do not want to undergo major surgery, a PDO thread lift can minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, especially over time, with the additional collagen.

Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing, sometimes referred to as “Fraxel®,” describes the use of a laser to create zones of heat injury to the skin. This triggers an increase in collagen production that results in skin tightening. Laser resurfacing has become the gold standard for treatment of facial wrinkles and loss of skin tone related to sun exposure and UV damage.
Dr. Palm uses the Lutronic ECO2 for fractional laser skin resurfacing treatment. She is the first author of a published medical article documenting safety and events following fractional laser resurfacing and is a nationally recognized laser expert and speaker.

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) is a broad-band light source used to treat a variety of skin conditions including rosacea, sun spots, photodamage, and melasma. IPL targets brown and red discoloration in the skin, and is considered a “no downtime” source of photorejuvenation. IPL is sometimes referred to as a “photofacial.”
Dr. Palm is a co-author on a study using IPL photofacial technology with topical treatment for melasma. Dr. Palm performs all IPL treatments on her patients. Dr. Palm uses a combination of topical numbing agents, cooled topical gel on the skin, and forced air cooling to improve patient comfort during this procedure.
ResurFX is a newly FDA-approved device that builds upon prior laser skin resurfacing technology platforms such as Fraxel to improve fine lines and wrinkles, soften scars, improve skin texture and tone, and promote collagen growth. ResurFX offers results with minimal downtime during a nearly pain-free procedure. Fractionated non ablative laser resurfacing, sometimes referred to as Fraxel®, describes the use of an infrared laser to create zones of heat injury to the skin. This results in collagen production and skin tightening.
Dr. Palm is a recognized expert, speaker, and physician trainer for the ResurFX fractional laser by Lumenis. That means that in addition to offering her patients this non-surgical, non-ablative skin resurfacing treating, she also teaches other physicians how to use it on their own patients.

VI Peel
VI Peel treatments are designed to lift pigment, remove sun damage, alleviate acne and scarring, and fight fine lines and wrinkles. This medium-depth chemical peel is comfortable during application and causes peeling around day 3 to 5. Results can be seen in as little as 7 days. The VI Peel is completed as a series of three treatments and can be used on all skin types.

Ulthera (also referred to as Ultherapy) is a nonsurgical, no downtime, in-office procedure for lifting and toning sagging skin of the lower face, jawline, and brows. It is also FDA-cleared for rejuvenation of the decollete area of the chest. Ultrasound technology is focused below the skin surface to firm and lift droopy tissues. Results are long lasting and occur gradually but dramatically over time.
Dr. Palm is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained cosmetic surgeon. A noted leader in her field, Dr. Palm is an expert in the use of Ultherapy for non-surgical facelifts and is a physician speaker and advisory board member for the device.

Microneedling is a means of collagen building through mechanical stimulation of the skin, leading to dermal skin renewal and textural improvements. Microneedling is comfortable through the use of our effective topical numbing agents. Patients may experience microneedling boosted by PRP (plasma rich platelets), or combine microneedling with radiofrequency energy through our LegendPro platform. LegendPro can be combined during the same session with an IPL photofacial, leading to glowing skin and an even-toned complexion.

Exilis / Protegé Elite skin tightening
Exilis is a no-downtime, no pain, in-office procedure used for both combined skin tightening and non-invasive fat removal and body contouring. It is used to tone skin and improve skin texture while reducing unwanted areas of the fat using radiofrequency technology. Exilis is completed as a series of sessions and gently warms the skin to encourage collagen growth and reduce unwanted fat.

What is Plasma Rich Fibrin (PRF)?
Plasma Rich Fibrin (PRF) is a natural substance derived from a patient’s own blood. PRF is obtained by taking a small amount of the patient’s blood and placing it in a centrifuge machine that separates the blood cells and plasma. The plasma is then collected and used for cosmetic procedures. PRF contains a high concentration of platelets, growth factors, and white blood cells, which are important for the body’s natural healing process. It can be injected directly into the skin or mixed with other substances such as hyaluronic acid to enhance its effects.
EZgel is a dermal filler that contains PRF and hyaluronic acid. It is used to add volume and contour to areas such as the cheeks, lips, and under-eye area. EZgel works by adding volume to the skin and stimulating collagen production. The hyaluronic acid in EZgel attracts and binds water molecules, which helps to plump and hydrate the skin. The PRF in EZgel contains growth factors that promote tissue regeneration and healing.
EZgel is a versatile cosmetic treatment that can be used in a variety of ways to improve the appearance of the face and other areas of the body.

Restylane is a hyaluronic acid gel filler used in facial volumizing. The product has been FDA-approved for use since 2003 for facial folds and in 2011 received FDA-approval for lip augmentation. and is also available pre-mixed with the anesthetic lidocaine as Restylane-L®, increasing patient comfort during an injection session. Restylane Contour is used for cheek enhancement and correction of midfacial volume deficiencies and Restylane Kysse is used for lip enhancement and correction of upper lip lines.
Dr. Palm serves as a lecturer and trainer for Galderma, the company that makes Restylane® and Dysport®. In this capacity, she instructs other physicians and injectors on the safety and use of this product. She regularly lecturers at national meetings on the use of dermal fillers for facial revolumizing.

Juvedérm® is a gel-based filler composed of hyaluronic acid, a natural constituent of the dermis, the second layer of skin. Naturally occurring hyaluronic acid lends structure, firmness, and volume to the skin. Although abundant in youth, the passage of time and exposure to environmental factors such as ultraviolet light exposure decreases the presence of hyaluronic acid in the skin. Hyaluronic acid attracts water to the area of placement, “plumping” the treated areas and decreasing the presence of facial lines. Juvederm Voluma is a cheek volumizer that helps provide volume to areas of the face that have deflated and become sunken over time. It lifts tissue, giving a true liquid facelift. Juvederm Vollure is approved for improvement of laugh lines sometimes referred to as nasolabial folds and lasts up to 18 months. It is a versatile filler best used for mild lines and folds around the lower face.

Radiesse (calcium hydroxylapatite) is an injectable dermal filler used to correct deep facial folds and wrinkles. It is also FDA-approved for hand rejuvenation. Radiesse is a calcium-based filler and has a similar composition to that of mineralized bone. It is a longer-term filler with results lasting approximately 9 – 12 months. In addition to its immediate skin plumping and wrinkle reducing effects, Radiesse also stimulates your body’s own natural collagen production in the injection area.
