Laser Liposuction with Accusculpt Before & After Photos

Accusculpt is a form of laser liposuction.  Laser liposuction describes the process of body sculpting with a laser under the surface of the skin to melt fat and enhance skin tightening.  The laser wavelength of Accusculpt is selected to heat collagen and target fat.  Laser liposuction is performed under local anesthesia and is often combined with liposculpture for enhanced fat removal.

Laser liposuction with Accusculpt is selected in areas of the neck and body that either require skin tightening or have fibrous fat tissue that is more difficult to treat.   The neck, upper arms, back, and abdomen are common areas of treatment.  Dr. Palm has a special interest in this procedure and has published a review article in the medical literature discussing the safety and effectiveness of laser liposuction.

Accusculpt is completed in the office under local anesthesia.  Similar to tumescent liposuction (liposculpture), patients have minimal downtime following laser liposuction.  Results are often immediately visible, although long-term results are typically reached at around 6 months following laser liposuction.
